WARRANTY TERMS (WATCHES)
These Warranty Terms provide a general overview of the manufacturer’s warranty applicable to eligible Enzo Attini watches purchased through our official sales channels. The complete warranty terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations are set out in the Warranty Certificate supplied with your product, which forms the official warranty document. Please retain your Warranty Certificate and proof of purchase, as these may be required when submitting a warranty claim.
Your Enzo Attini watch is covered by a two (2) year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, subject to the applicable warranty conditions.
Each Enzo Attini watch undergoes individual quality control and functional testing before shipment. To assist us in accurately assessing warranty claims, any suspected manufacturing defect should be reported within 30 days of receiving the product by contacting support@enzoattini.com. Prompt reporting helps us accurately assess the condition of the product and determine whether the reported issue may be attributable to a manufacturing defect.
Nothing in these Warranty Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Care & Maintenance
To help preserve the appearance and performance of your Enzo Attini watch, we recommend the following:
- Clean the watch regularly using a soft, dry cloth or a slightly damp microfiber cloth.
- Avoid exposing the watch to strong magnetic fields.
- Avoid contact with chemicals, solvents, perfumes, detergents, cosmetics, or other corrosive substances.
- Protect the watch from strong impacts, extreme temperatures, and sudden temperature changes.
- Leather straps should be kept away from excessive moisture and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
- Store the watch in a clean, dry place when not in use.
