WARRANTY TERMS (JEWELRY & PENS)
These Warranty Terms provide a general overview of the manufacturer’s warranty applicable to eligible Enzo Attini jewelry and pens purchased through our official sales channels. The complete warranty terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations are set out in the Warranty Certificate supplied with your product, which forms the official warranty document. Please retain your Warranty Certificate and proof of purchase, as these may be required when submitting a warranty claim.
Your Enzo Attini jewelry or pen is covered by a one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, subject to the applicable warranty conditions.
Each Enzo Attini jewelry piece and pen undergoes quality control and inspection before shipment. To assist us in accurately assessing warranty claims, any suspected manufacturing defect should be reported within 30 days of receiving the product by contacting support@enzoattini.com. Prompt reporting helps us accurately assess the condition of the product and determine whether the reported issue may be attributable to a manufacturing defect.
Nothing in these Warranty Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Care & Maintenance
To help preserve the appearance and condition of your Enzo Attini jewelry or pen, we recommend the following:
- Avoid contact with water, particularly salt water, as well as soaps, detergents, solvents, perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning products, and other chemicals that may affect the surface or finish of the product.
- Protect the product from impacts, scratches, crushing, and contact with sharp or abrasive objects.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive moisture, heat, or direct sunlight.
- Clean the product gently using a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive materials or strong cleaning agents.
- Store the product in a clean, dry place when not in use, preferably in its original packaging or protective pouch.
