3. How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes 5–9 business days, although it may vary depending on your country.

4. When will my order ship?

Once your payment is verified, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM (CET) will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays will ship the following Monday.

Yes. Every Enzo Attini watch comes with a 2-year international warranty.

6. Are the watchband and case gold-plated?

Yes, both the watchband and case are plated with 18K gold with a thickness of 1 micron.

7. Is the watch for men or women?

All Enzo Attini watches with a 40mm case diameter are carefully designed to be unisex, suitable for both men and women.

8. Do the watches come with a certificate?

Yes. Each watch comes with a Warranty Certificate and a unique Serial Number engraved on the back case.

9. Are the watches water-resistant?

Yes. All models in the Enzo Attini collection are water-resistant up to 5 ATM. However, we recommend keeping the watch away from prolonged humidity or water exposure, as this is a luxury timepiece intended to be passed down through generations.

11. Are VAT and import fees included in the price?

If you reside within the European Union, all fees are included, and you will not incur additional charges upon delivery. If you reside outside of the European Union, VAT and/or other import fees may apply. These are not included in the product price, and we recommend checking with your local customs authority. Please note: If you refuse to pay customs charges and the package is returned to us, MadMilan Limited will deduct the return handling cost from your refund as a restocking fee.

12. Where is my package?

Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as the shipment is created, you will receive another email with your tracking information. All international orders are shipped via FedEx. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the confirmation email.
